Return & Cancellation Policy


At Kiki’s Corner™, we understand how important your special occasions are, and we are happy and proud to be a part of them. Our goal is to provide our customers with a great shopping experience. We aim to do this by producing eco friendly, customized invitations and announcements that are high quality, error free, and delivered on time.

Because all of our invitations and announcements are customized to your selections, our cancellation and return policy applies to both personalized text products and non-personalized text products.

Before your order has been printed, we are happy to make any changes to the order, and will even cancel your order if you choose. There is no change or cancellation charge for orders that have not been printed. However, once your order has been printed, you will not be able to change, cancel, or return your order. Full charges will apply on printed orders.

If your order contains a printing or type error caused by us, we will gladly re-print your order at no additional cost to you. Your order will be shipped back the next business day after you contact us, via UPS Next Day Air. If you decide that you do not want a re-print, a full refund will be given. We ask that erroneous cards be returned at our expense.

If the customer makes the error, we will have your order reprinted with a 10% discount from your original order amount. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and shipping charges will apply. Errors made by the customer include:
    •  incorrect information entered during the order process
    •  incorrect selection of the customizations for the invitation / announcement
    •  incorrect text, text placement, font size, font style, font color
    •  confirming the proof containing an error, regardless of text entered
       and customizations selected

All claims for errors must be submitted by contacting us within 3 business days of receipt of order. Any errors reported after 3 days will be corrected at the customer's expense. Date of receipt will be determined using order tracking information from UPS. Upon receipt of your order, please check for accuracy of printing, quality and quantity.
